Alex Jones Dominates Piers Morgan

Say what you want about Alex Jones (I certainly don’t always agree with him), but he doesn’t back down from a fight. Piers Morgan foolishly invited Alex Jones on his show tonight to debate gun control, and the result was hilarious.

Normally I can’t stand debates where one person yells over the top of the other person, but since Piers was on the receiving end, I’ll hypocritically pretend it didn’t happen. Hidden in the yelling are some real gems, like this one.

Update 1/8/2013

No I don’t think Alex Jones is a great example for the gun community, but then that’s exactly why he was invited on Piers’ show. I just think it’s funny that Piers got a taste of his own medicine for a change.

This interview was “classic”. Piers is usually the one cutting people off. It was hilarious! Lol

It’s about time. Someone needs to counter emotional, knee-jerk anti-gun pansies with passionate, rational, and freedom loving righteousness.

Piers Morgan should move to Mexico where the gun control is absolute. This is America; if he has a problem with parts of our constitution, he should leave.

“Why don’t you go back and face the charges from the phone hacking scandal”

Sorry we don’t need Alex Jones making the argument. In spite of him making the correct points. He acts like a buffoon. And he’s a truther.

    Yeehaw what a ride!!!!

This seems like 10 steps backwards..He could have been a little more of an adult about this and represented the the 2nd amendment with more class and direct points.

Jones is out of his mind. Dont pay attention to him or Morgan. Turn CNN off.

That was hilarious! But, for the most part, i agree with Mark Norman and James and Csutter. But, i am glad it happened.

Alex did his homework and used Piers’ own tactics against him. Hilarious. It was just what the argument needed, no more of this please and thank you crap; Washington and Jefferson didn’t stand for it either. Morgan should be able to relate – Chamberlain tried to please and thank-you with Hitler and see all the good it got him.

I gotta agree with some of the above comments. While I agree with the points Jones was making he really just made all of us look bad. There are a lot of people out there who arent “gun nuts” like some of us, but agree with what the constitution stands for. I gotta wonder how many of those people just changed their minds about how to vote because of Jones’ actions. Instead of proving Morgan wrong with good solid facts and solid debating he just yelled like a teenager the entire time. In my opinion I’d much rather have had a knowledgable but not so famous person up there speaking for me like some of the names we know in the firearms community rather than Alex Jones spouting off like and idiot.

    Hahaha that was really funny

Guys if I wasn’t clear, this was for entertainment purposes only. No I don’t think Alex Jones is a great example for the gun community, but then that’s exactly why he was invited on Piers’ show. I just think it’s funny that Piers got a taste of his own medicine for a change.

99% of the people who watch Piers’ show weren’t going to be convinced anyways, no more than they were convinced when Jesse Ventura debated Piers on the very same topic (in a much more civil tone too).

Yea I guess I didn’t really think about it that way. Like you said, Piers isn’t stupid, he knew who to get on that show to make us look bad and he knew how Jones would react. I never really thought about it like that, it he wanted a real debate he would have gotten somebody decent one there.

If Piers Morgan wasn’t such a douche, I’d almost feel bad for him. Like myself, Alex has educated himself on the issue, but his presentation is distasteful and does not represent us well.

I didn’t think it was bad! He told Piers loud and clear with passion! We will not give up our guns!! it’s how a majority of us feel!
