Donald Kaul Wants Gun Owners Dead

Liberal columnist Donald Kaul proves once again how “right” the opposition is on the topic of gun control. Kaul, who recently retired from his column in  the Des Moines Register, came out of retirement last week to write the following (emphasis added):

Repeal the Second Amendment, the part about guns anyway. It’s badly written, confusing and more trouble than it’s worth. It offers an absolute right to gun ownership, but it puts it in the context of the need for a “well-regulated militia.” We don’t make our militia bring their own guns to battles. And surely the Founders couldn’t have envisioned weapons like those used in the Newtown shooting when they guaranteed gun rights. Owning a gun should be a privilege, not a right.

Declare the NRA a terrorist organization and make membership illegal. Hey! We did it to the Communist Party, and the NRA has led to the deaths of more of us than American Commies ever did. (I would also raze the organization’s headquarters, clear the rubble and salt the earth, but that’s optional.) Make ownership of unlicensed assault rifles a felony. If some people refused to give up their guns, that “prying the guns from their cold, dead hands” thing works for me.

Then I would tie Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, our esteemed Republican leaders, to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control.

Wow. So not only does Mr. Kaul want to repeal the Second Amendment, declare the NRA a terrorist organization and drag Mitch McConnell and John Boehner around a parking lot tied to the back of a pickup truck (which should be enough to get you institutionalized), but he is also advocating killing gun owners who do not surrender their guns.

To point out the hypocrisy of his outlandish statements would obviously be a waste of my time. I’m also tempted to offer Mr. Kaul some advice about not “letting his mouth write checks his tail can’t cash”, but Mr. Kaul is a coward, just like every other blowhard gun grabber. He has no intention of doing anything personally.

What I will instead leave you with, is that this kind of lunacy is what we’re up against. No amount of logic or reasoning will get through to people like this. But if we let this minority drown out the rest of us with their hateful, deranged idiocy, then what Mr. Kaul is outlining may not be too far off in our future.

It is a real shame that the uneducated and close minded people speak so loudly. But a bigger shame is the people that actually listen and take stock in what the uneducated and close minded people are saying.

And they call us wack jobs. Nice- violence us the answer right Kaul. Next time- stay in retirement.

The irony here is that in order to see his dream become a reality, Mr. Kaul would have to have MEN WITH GUNS do his dirty work.

      Sounds about right.

I am a legal gun owner who submitted to background checks, completed the appropriate training, and take gun ownership seriously. As law-abiding citizens we are expected to navigate the labyrinth of conflicting state laws regarding firearms and we do successfully everyday. Although many of these laws are conflicting between neighboring states, we still respect them and abide by them everyday.

With 300 million firearms in private hands (one-third of them pistols), the overwhelming majority of gun owners ARE responsible, law-abiding citizens, which is why horrific massacres are not commonplace, but rather terrible outliers that can never be legislated away (e.g. DC, Chicago, and “Gun Free Zones”).

For several examples for the recent use of firearms for defensive purposes not typically reported by the national media please visit: http://www.equalforce.net and forward this site to others to whom this information may be useful. @forceequalizer

He talks of communists. Communists still exist in this country, they just changed their name to liberal.

Liberals will stay what they can to try and engender a response from the other side they can exploit to say “see, I told you they would do this” to validate their stance and make no mention of their antagonist actions. This is why the national media largely ignores all of the stories of people lawfully protecting their families with firearms that have came in over the last week and a half.

Mr Caul – I am not a member of the NRA (they are too quick to agree with gun grabbers for me), but do belong to Gun Owners of America. I hope this membership will meet your criteria for confiscating/killing, etc, so that I may invite you to come and confiscate my gun. You may bring your ink pot, your fountain pen, your rolled up newspaper – whatever weapon you choose – and I will stick with my Smith and Wesson. In short, put your money where your mouth is. Since you have made this such a personal matter, please don’t send a surrogate – come in person. Molon labe

i’m with you on the comment. I would like to see that snake come to my door and take my gun out of my hand. I’ll shove it wear the sun don’t shine, For one thing he doesn’t have the guts to do anything but shoot off his mouth.

Sinking to their level in posting such information is even less constructive than what they’ve done to us. I don’t know about you but I cherish my privacy and that conviction extends even to those who would deny me that. As responsible gun owners with reason and intelligence on our side we are better than tit for tat and the underhanded tactics the left loves so much.

      • Sean Price January 3, 2013 at 9:44 am #

It’s only right after what he said, to post his personal info, let’s see how he likes being harassed by people he doesn’t know. Donald I’ll make it easy for you, I’m coming over for dinner at your house, and I’ll be bringing a few friends, I hope you don’t like your privacy Donald, because we’ll be there to stay.

funny an anti gun paper in new york had no trouble posting the names address of thousands of registered gun owners in new york city. giving everyone a map to discriminate against.
        .
and a map that shows which houses have guns to steal and which are low risk to commit a crime against.
futher more these idiots are making death threats against and criminalize millions of Americans simply because they own a gun or 2.
        .
it is the responsible gun owners responsibility to fight back against tyranny even if it is only on the electronic level. this asshole just made death threats on news papers against millions of Americans how many do you think are gonna react to that fact?

      • Franko January 4, 2013 at 2:02 pm #

Fight fire with fire. Whats good for the goose is good for the libtard. Mr Azzclown Kaul could care less about yours or anyone Else’s privacy. We lost the election and our country because of that play nice attitude. Those who do the same things and expect different results is the definition of insanity.

Donald why don’t you come and get my gun and lets see if you leave there alive

Mr. Kaul; You have an open invitation to visit me and we can discuss how you wish to kill me as a law abiding citizen, NRA member and gun owner. I’d like to point out some of the advantages of gun ownership. Shall we say next week ? Looking forward to where and when.. Happy New Year.

This guy probably drives a Toyota Yaris and wears birkenstock sandals with socks. People like that who proclaim death to other Americans don’t worry me too much.

    What a douche.

Lesson #1: Never type anything that you wouldn’t say to a persons face.

…I doubt Mr. Kaul would say such things to my face.

  15. Joe January 2, 2013 at 8:20 pm #

Your all talk Donald….. You dont have the balls to take a single gun from anyone
Your a gutless libtard on your best day with the wind at your back, as are all the liberals who would have the Federal Govt do their dirty work for them like little girls.
Why dont you show us all what your really made of and back up those big promises

  18. Dennis S January 2, 2013 at 9:54 pm #

Donald Kaul is a loud mouthed idiot. As one of my favorite authors say’s “Never Underestimate the Power of Human STUPIDITY”. The fact that he hides behind the very documents that give him the ability to spew such non-sense, just goes to demonstrate the Hypocritical nature of Liberals & Democrats. What fools like Mr. Kaul fail to realize is that the first thing Hitler; Stalin; Phol-Pot; Khomeni; and other “dictators” always do is to confiscate the guns from “Law-abiding” citizens. What they also fail to realize, is that once the Law-abiding citizens, no longer can stand up to the oppressive dictators, the right to speak out…also stops!

Failure to learn from the lessons of history, means we are doomed to repeat them.

Let me understand this Mr. Kaul, did you just declare war on conservative , law abiding American citizens? Did you just abdicate the destruction (in part) of my constitution…the very same constitution that I swore an oath to defend against ALL enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC. If you can confirm this Mr. Kaul then I hereby accept your challenge and request a time and place sir.!!

Donald Kaul, I hereby state that you have lost the right to call yourself an American Citizen. The fact that you threaten violence upon those who would protect themselves from violence, goes to show how truly lost you really are. Wither and die you communist bastard, because this is NOT Europe, England, or China. This Is America. Our Founding Father’s knew that one day we would have fight again for our freedom, so they prepared us for this very thing. I am here to lead this country out of darkness and back to prosperity, So I ask YOU, fellow Americans, True Americans, to stand beside me and take back what was given, and then taken from us. My name is Sean Price, I am the leader of the New Revolution.

The second amendment is NOT about hunting, it’s NOT even about militias, its primary purpose is to protect the people AGAINST people like Donald Kaul. Shooting this murderous fascist is an act of self defense.

    • Franko January 4, 2013 at 2:10 pm #

This guy would piss himself at the site of a squirt gun. I would just tar and feather him.

It never ceases to amaze me how the progressive left preaches tolerance of everything, except those they disagree with. Its ok for me to be a gay illegal immigrant, aetheist, late term abortion provider for children as long as I hand over my scarey looking guns. Me Bless America !!!

Well said Volt.We need to be the adults in the room.I believe as a concealed carry permit holder that I am and should be held to a higher standard. There is enough hate coming from the extreme left, hate they are free to express because of the freedoms we have, and that so many have died to protect. I hope your comments kept others from giving that idiot any more attention then he has already gotten.
