Fall Bear Hunt

This afternoon, my friends from 2 Vets Arms and B5 Systems will be wheels down in Montana for a few days of bear and predator hunting. In addition to hunting, we will also be testing a few new products that I’m pretty excited to tell you about, one of which goes bang.

If there’s enough interest, I might consider hosting a small number of Monderno readers in 2014 for a hunt, so let me know in the comments if this is something you’d be interested in. Obviously for folks who don’t live in Montana this might be cost prohibitive, but I think we could have a pretty good time if enough of you want to make it happen.

If you’d like to follow our progress on the hunt, follow 2 Vets Arms and Monderno on Instagram. I’ll report back on our success (or lack thereof) next week!

Update 10/28/2013

Well we ended up striking out on bear this time around. We had a great time, saw a lot of wildlife (including a bull moose) and a lot of bear scat and tracks, but no bears. That’s hunting!

I’ll leave you with a photo I took on day 1 of our hunt in the Great Bear Wilderness (just a point a shoot camera).

A hunt with Monderno, 2Vets, and B5…. Uh yah, I’m in. I’ll bring the chili if you spot the critters.

I don’t have any experience hunting but if you’d allow a newbie, I’d be down. Worst case scenario I could be bait haha.

Bait is always a good thing haha…just kidding, nothing wrong with being new!

Have fun and stay safe. Would love to hunt with Monderno, 2Vets and B5. Think it would intresting to see how hunting with one arm works and the modifications used for adaptive hunting.

I would very much consider it. After just make a trip to Red lodge, and being an avoid hunter I have given it some thought about going back to hunt.

I’ve never hunted anything bigger than a pig. But I’d be willing to go and try.
