Feinstein To Introduce Assault Weapons Ban

This shouldn’t surprise anyone, but the wonderful Dianne Feinstein, Democrat (shocking) from California (where else?) will introduce a renewed Assault Weapons Ban on the first day of Congress.

Really if you didn’t see this one coming you need to wake up. The big question now is, will the Republicans vote for it?

Not surprising … I can already see two thoughts pulsing through her her rat-sized brain (1) “Finally! A well-timed horrific and bloody incident – been waiting for this for a long time.” and (2) “No assault weapon was used???? Don’t confuse me with the facts, i have my mind made up.” Idiot.

Hey, she’s pulling that tactic out of the republican playbook. But this is the only time I’m glad that the GOP has control of the house and enough control to filibuster her idiocy.

So she wants to ban those evil black barrel shrouds again?

How about getting financial problems fixed first you know the fiscal cliff??? God I hate Washington DC

On second thought, she could step up to truly lead by example and forbid the use of all assault weapons and hi-cap mags by her personal security detail, the Capitol Police and the Secret Service. Let’s see how that works first.

    Sarcasm doesn’t become you, Brandon.

      How so?

Or maybe she could willfully give up her own concealed carry license and any firearms she owns. Nah, she won’t do that. The hypocrisy is strong with this one!

What an absolutely disgusting woman. And no, no one is surprised that an AWB is coming from the Democrats, or that it’s being introduced by a California senator.

Its tragic how these morons can elevate a horrible event to push their twisted agenda…makes me want to vomit. We shall see which GOP members have a spine and which do not..

It really. My guess is that the Republicans will sell us out just like the Democrats. Here’s hoping I’m wrong.

The biggest question on my mind is what can “we the people” do to prevent the passage of an unnecessary, unconstitutional, and unwanted law? Clearly, the NRA will represent all of us in lobbying against it – but in the event that politicians on both sides of the isle think they have to vote in favor to appease the masses, how do we show them this isn’t what the masses really want, but rather what a vocal minority want? How do we help them remember that the Bill of Rights says “shall not be infringed”? More importantly, how can we get them to stop incorrectly labeling these firearms as “assault weapons”?

Edit: not “more importantly”… don’t know why I wrote that.

Maybe she should put more of her effort into investigating Bengazi and Fast and Furious !

Maybe she should find a new job.

The political maneuvering disgusts me..These mothers, fathers (not sure if a man was killed), and children are not even buried yet and yet the vultures of capital hill swoop upon the innocence. Take what suits them, and deface the american gun owner who would willingly shield anyone of these innocent victims and yet we are villianized as barbaric neofites. I am a husband, father and responsible gun owner. There is evil out there, I just want to have a chance to protect what is sacred to me….Bust down my front door, or break out a side window, if given the chance, I am gonna double tap you!!

On the bill, for things to be banned, include:
    1) assault weapons (weapons of war)
    2) big clips
    3) drums
    4) strips
    5) Hellfire switches
    and most importantly
    6) shoulder things that go up

What’s new is the “possession” bit. How does she define “possession”? Because if it’s the way I think it is then Viva La Insurrection!

ya this ban is gonna work out great……..smh…..dont blame the tool blame the crazy. if you outlaw the tool they will just find a diffrent one…..

  18. Ryan December 17, 2012 at 12:37 pm #

all of the events that they are using to support their agenda are truly horrible events. we all know the weapons are not to be blamed for the action of the person.

but does anyone else find it strange all of these shooting and events happening in a row and all the government focuses on in this horrible time is the want of their ban. i can not help but think that just maybe the government is somehow behind these events in order to help their agenda. we all know the government is cold hearted and would do such a thing as seen with fast and furious. based off the timing and number of these rare events i just cant help but think someone may be behind them happening in order to help them and their plans.

      @Ryan
Wow, Glad I’m not the only one who felt this about these
events, their timing and coincidently all having
“those evil weapons” being used. Too
      perfectly arranged don’t you think?

I’m with you on this one Brandon. The GOP leaders have proven themselves time and again to be rather spineless. If they’re the last line of defense [in D.C.] then I’m worried right there with you.
