Holder Wants to End Stand Your Ground Laws

Holder’s interest in the Zimmerman case has now become crystal clear: he wants to end Stand Your Ground laws.

In a speech to the NAACP, Attorney General Eric Holder said it was time to question Stand Your Ground laws, saying:

It’s time to question laws, that senselessly expand the concept of self-defense, and so dangerous conflict in our neighborhoods…These laws try to fix something that was never broken.

It now makes sense why the Department of Justice continues the witch hunt against George Zimmerman, and this is frankly a big deal. Stand Your Ground laws provide legal justification in the use of force against a threat, without having to first prove that no retreat was possible. I’ve said it before and you’ll likely keep hearing it – the 2014 midterm elections are going to be extremely important for gun laws.

Bottom line: he cannot end these state laws, so lets him muse from his ivory tower.

Screw Holder and Prez Ovomit, they are just trying to save their shitbag thug voting base
Here in Ohio we are in the works of getting our own SYG law in place and the libtard heads are exploding over this Bill
Of course when we got Castle Doctrine the libtards said that gun owners would pile the bodies to the ceiling of relatives that just walked through the door and it was a legal license to murder
Hell the libtards also said blood would flow in the streets from gunfights at high noon when we got the “Shall issue” passed and all of their predictions turned out to slap them in the face

That’s bullshit, if someone breaks into my house Im not retreating I’m ending there life commonsense should tell the intruder there not welcome when the shotgun goes off they should retreat.

I thought Florida went over the SYG law right after traygone martin was removed from the stupid pool and came back saying the law was fine and then they pointed out that the Zimmerman case didn’t even fall under the SYG clause?
This just goes to show us that the demented dimocrat/libatrds will attack the 2nd Amendment from all angles so they can ban guns altogether
If anyone hears one more person say “They don’t want to take our guns away” either smack them upside the head or at the least tell them to fuck off and tell them that you never want to hear or see them again, even if it is your wife or husband

If he spent a fraction of the time upholding the law he swore to as he does undermining the laws he has no business sticking his nose into we wouldn’t be asking for his resignation. How many more people have to die!

We all know that Holder is using this as a “Diversionary Tactic” to get attention away from him and all his miss-doings and blunders. Wonder why no one in the media has mentioned this??

If they really wanted justice, they’d make Holder release the Fast and Fucked up documents. Wasn’t the Border Agent Hispanic? Isn’t Zimmerman Hispanic? What, Hispanics don’t count any longer? Have we really gone to only loudmouths get attention?

Actually, Mr. Holder, it was a problem that needed fixing due to bad case law set in Commonwealth vs Lynn Schaeffer. …but why would an Attorney General know anything about that…?
