Connersville, Indiana Police Chief David Councellor made the news for all the wrong reasons last weekend when he negligently shot himself in the thigh reholstering his weapon. 12 Year Old Negligent Discharge in House
The video below shows an alleged 12 year old negligently discharging what appears to be a Taurus PT92 in her house. The video also clearly shows that she has very little knowledge of how the firearm works, as she can be seen struggling to even load and chamber a round prior to the ND. (more…)
