The band is about the size of a Rolex Submariner watch. Not overly bulky but very masculine and gives you lots of survival tools in one easy daily wear package. I wear mine every day.
Amazing, these guys completely copied the RE Factor Tactical Operator Band, http://www.refactortactical.com/product-p/reft-operator-band.htm! They even stole their company motto “Unconventional tools for the unconventional problem” (RE Factor Tactical), “Providing the unconventional warrior with the gear for the unconventional problem”. (Survivor Strapz). If you look on their Facebook page they are even calling it the Tactical Operator’s Band and their description is “This band was designed by a SERE level C course graduate” on the RE Factor Tactical page it says “Developed by a Special Forces SERE Level C Graduate”. Complete rip off! I also find it interesting that they are making these memorial bands of all our fallen soldiers but there is no mention about any of that money going to the soldier’s families or charities. So you are going to sell a bracelet and profit off the death’s of soldiers? That is pretty messed up if you ask me. If you sell a memorial bracelet you should be taking some of the funds, if not all of the funds and giving it to the different families or charities. Right now you are just profiting off of someone’s death.
It’s amazing what some people will do these days to make a dollar. Normally I wouldn’t care but given the fact that they are making money off the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes I feel like this is something that needs to be addressed.
actually the band is not the same. look at the contents they differ quite a bit, and the design was based on the SERE level course, that is why it contains the items it does. as for the charity bracelets, we do give to the charities, we even have a direct link to healing heroes who we work with to give proceeds from the sale of bracelets as well as the lone survivor foundation, the navy seal foundation and others. We absolutely give back, it is why we started this company and is what we do.
What about the memorial bracelets? What is donated from your Murph the Protector band? You obviously copied that information from wikipedia as well. Another sign that you can’t come up with your IP. Or what about Matthew Axelson? There is no mention of you donating from the sales of that band either. Once again you are profiting off the death of a soldier and using their sacrifice for your own gain. Danny Dietz is the same, how much are you donating on the behalf of his death? How about your Operation Red Wings Memorial band? Are you donating anything from that to the families?
So should we guess that you Dale Pitts are the owner? Or are you an employee? Either way the management should seriously reconsider how they donate and market their items.
Oh and on a side note. You put wound seal inside of a paracord band? So I am bleeding out and I now have to take apart a band that would take at least 10-20 minutes and then apply the wound seal? By then the bleeding has either stopped because the blood coagulated or you just died. That stuff is made for old people who bleed a lot because they have thin skin, not for the wilderness. So congrats, not only are you immoral you are also an idiot.
A portion of theProceeds from the sales of all memorial bands are donated to healingnheroes , the lone survivor foundation or other charities. I thought that was made clear. It just seems you mr hunt are simply looking for a fight. Silly really.
Looks pretty bulky? Thanks for the chance to win!
Sweet
Thanks for a shot!
I was just looking at this band from a post they had sent out, by far the best survival band seen to date. AWESOME Giveaway brother
