Shannon Watts and the Intellectually Vacant

I was at the NRA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis last weekend, but I apparently missed this little gem. Blaze TV host Dana Loesch found Shannon Watts, the Bloomberg puppet who runs Moms Demand More Statism or whatever they are calling themselves this week, who from the looks of things was organizing a get-together of sorts with TENS of Moms supporters in attendance (no really, it looks like at least 10 people showed up this time – great job Shannon!).

My buddy Billy Johnson from NRA News and I looked out front of the Indianapolis Convention Center for these clowns on Saturday, but they were nowhere to be found. At any rate, when Dana tried to have a conversation on camera with Shannon, Shannon ran away. If you’re familiar with the gun control debate, or any of these pathetic gun control groups, this shouldn’t surprise you. They sell fear and prey on the emotions of the uninformed – they do not deal in the realm of fact and reality, so of course when Shannon was confronted by someone who truly knows the facts of the gun control debate, she wanted nothing to do with it. If you feel so passionately about a topic, shouldn’t you be able to defend it?

Here’s the full unedited video of the confrontation. Notice the private security – do you think they carry guns? Smart money is on yes.

They were 1.4 miles away, and bloomberg paid for most of their trips.

Protesters of the 2nd Amendment protection of our natural human right to self defense are proud that they have their “pens and cellphones” and are willing to run their mouths until a moment comes when they have to defend or otherwise be held accountable for what they claim to believe in, in which case they are likely to shut-up and/or turn tail and run.

Protectors of the 2nd Amendment and our natural human right to self defense are proud that of the sacrifices our forefathers made so that we may have our heritage and traditions of freedom and firearms today. And when the moment comes that we might have to defend or otherwise be held accountable for what we believe in, we are willing to fight (to the death if necessary, God forbid) for what we claim to believe in.

They have pens and cellphones: All bark and no bite.
We have firearms and a willingness to fight and even die if necessary to protect the freedoms this country was founded upon for generations to come.

We may not win every battle in protecting our rights and our freedoms, but from this discrepancy alone (cowards with pens and cellphones vs. freedom fighters with firearms), I am confident that we will win the war to protect and preserve those freedoms for generations to come so long as we remain determined and willing to keep fighting the good fight.

When is the NRA going to pay for the flights of the woman and children who were able to save either their own or others’ lives with firearms. That would be interesting.
