Just another example of the adage that an injunction is just a piece of paper and can’t protect you from people who are really out to get you…. Keep your heads up fellas and keep fighting the good fight!

This is a very good look at how things will go nationwide. Ny, NJ, Conn, RI are all watching how this plays out. I hope nothing comes of this but I have a bad feeling about this whole thing. This goes beyond state of Cali nonsense and makes a federal case out of local issues. Such a shame
So if Ares did nothing wrong why the search warrants? Apparently the judiciary has been bought and paid.
Because BATFE makes up the rules as they go along. They ruled that the items in question were not guns and were not within their jurisdiction. Then they decided to change the rules after the fact and change their definitions. Pure tyranny, making stuff up as they go along. I guarantee that they never told the judge that they had previously ruled that these items were not guns.

ATF needs to be defunded, shut down entirely, and the few “good” agents they have reallocated to border patrol duty.

So does any one know why they are executing these search warrants?
They want Ares Armor’s customer lists.
They want to learn who purchased 80% Recievers which are not legally firearms but can legally be made into one without registration.
As a 15 year police officer at a city department, this act of the ATF is offensive. We would be in a lot of hot water if we did what these agents did. I’m curious as to what grounds they obtained the warrant, wasn’t it the ATF that gave their opinion that 80%s were legal and not considered a firearm? Even if they did obtain a warrant lawfully based on their produced affidavit to a judge, another judge ruled that they could not serve the warrant based on other information. We have a legal process to clear these things up, and it appears that both parties had a scheduled court hearing for just that. Hopefully if there was malicious action on the part of the ATFE, someone will be relieved. You can’t even argue good faith on this one. Just my opinion.

What we should all realize is that the economy is tanking. Everyday stocks are dropping and money is becoming more and more worthless, paper money, anyway. Hence attempted confiscations and attempted closures of companies that provide an opportunity to legally,for who knows how much longer, build your own rifle at home that CAN NOT be registered as they want since it doesn’t not have a serial number. If people are armed then the governments attempts to turn this country into a real life Hunger Games won’t come to be. The citizens of this country are now starting to truly understand why other countries feel the way they do about us. So much corruption and no accountability for those in office. But don’t do anything wrong yourself lest ye be fed to the wolves and slandered publicly in the meantime.
