The video below is surveillance video of a man firing an AK-47 into a car and a gentleman’s club earlier this month in Philadelphia.
One person was injured and no one was killed. Turns out “spray and pray” isn’t all that effective after all, even if you do have one of those scary assault weapons. Hmmm, perhaps this young man should have attended Biden Special Weapons and Tactics and got his learn on.

I know this will be looked at by certain people the wrong way and I know that everyone in certain ethnic groups are not monolithic but why does it seem to be a certain subset of a particular culture and why do people put in those neighborhoods put up with it.
@Jim. It’s primarily the drugs. My Bible thumping grandma purchased and paid off her own house in a nice mixed neighborhood in the 50’s working as a cannery worker. She’s been old for a long time and can’t afford to move anywhere else, so since the mid-60s she’s lived in “the hood”. Her way of getting by is working hard and read her Bible. She raised the neighbor’s kids for the single mom next door so she could pursue a career as a Nurse. She volunteered at church when she was younger. There are plenty of black folks don’t put up with the violence mentally, but practically there’s little they can do. Most folks are country folks with country mentality and limited education and it stays like that generation after generation in many cases. Many have also been conditioned by various politicians, ministers and community workers that they are victims and need government assistance to get by. Along with that they’ve been conditioned into believing that anti-drug laws and anti-gun laws help their case. So, politicians and police have effectively disarmed all the law abiding citizens, which gave the criminals a free for all to take over in the 80’s. I lived in Oakland in the 80’s during the crack era (I’m born in Europe and have one leg in Oakland via family, but also an outsider’s perspective), and had to zig-zag between the neighborhoods to avoid gang activity and drawn guns in the street. Now as an adult and a gun owner, if there is anywhere where I feel I need to be armed, it’s in Oakland because the violence is still there and there are no less than two drug houses on my grandmas street. Recently, some genius politician have come up with a new law exclusive to Oakland that now you can’t bring any gun into the city limits period. And on an on it goes.
