We are excited to announce a new t-shirt in the Monderno Gear Shop – our take on the Second Amendment gun permit t-shirt. The message of the shirt is simple – the United States Constitution, and specifically the Second Amendment, protects our right to keep and bear arms. Period. We shouldn’t need to ask for permission from the state in order to exercise this right (though sadly in most states we still have to).

As usual, Dan designed the t-shirt, and I think it turned out great. To celebrate, we thought we’d give one away, so if you like the design, it’s pretty easy to enter.

    Love the shirt! I’ve been saying a variation of this for years – my state issued permit from VA is good nation-wide, thanks to the full faith and credit clause of the constitution. However, I like this idea even better. Thanks for the education!

    I agree with the shirt…I don’t have the money to fight it in court though. The idea of “I’d rather be tried by 12 than buried by 6” is a nice thought, but in practice, if the law – even if it is UNconstitutional – says you can’t carry, the only instructions the jurors will be allowed to follow are the ones the judge gives regarding the law on the books. This is what happens in england when some poor schmuck defends their loved ones. The court is not allowed to use good common sense in acknowledging the person was defending self and loved ones from a violent attack. So we either need to vote well every time we vote to protect our rights, OR get another Constitutional Ammendment that spells it out in much more detail so our civil rights cannot be violated by evil people.

    This shirt is an amazing idea! It says what needs to be said without holding a billboard. It’s happens to be one of my brothers most important stance.
